Linda &
Kenneth Monroe
K&L Enterprises is owned by Linda and Kenneth Monroe, who operate a Jani-King franchise in Montgomery, Alabama.
Originally from Athens, Alabama, Linda was working at a car plant when she decided to take a risk and buy a Jani-King franchise. In March 2010, Linda and Kenneth started K&L Enterprises with two workers. Today, their team has grown to 13.
Over the years, K&L has held more than 30 contracts across banks, hotels, churches, car plants, and other facilities. Their current contracts include the Renaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa at the Convention Center and Wind Creek.
The franchise has been at the Diamond level for five years and is approaching Double Diamond. As a locally owned business, K&L works with organizations to understand their facility's needs and discuss a cleaning plan that makes sense for them.
For Linda and Kenneth, building a dependable working relationship starts with listening, clear communication, and understanding what each client expects.
